You hereby indemnify Actor Artist Design against any and all claims relating to the usage of images you provide to Actor Artist Design for integration into any such marketing materials, produced by Actor Artist Design, to service you as a customer.
Furthermore, Actor Artist Design may use any and all materials produced to service you, the customer, to advertise our goods and services and display work we have produced for our clients. This only applies to images, and media, that has been enhanced, redesigned, or noticeably altered in presentation through the staff of Actor Artist Design.
Any and all inquiries directed towards Actor Artist Design, and the use of images and media that have been enhanced, altered, or redesigned in any way so as to change its presentation, will be redirected towards the specific customer who has recruited the services of Actor Artist Design for use of the third party materials, and has indemnified Actor Artist Design.
